Returns and Replacements

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear supporting photos.
  • Replacement or refund requests are reviewed after basic verification of the order and issue details.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or through an appropriate alternative resolution channel, depending on the order type and payment method.
  • Processing timelines can vary depending on your bank, payment partner, and the payment method used at checkout.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are considered only before an order is packed or dispatched.
  • If an order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the case will be handled according to the product condition and support review.
